For over 30 years, Hayley has made it her life’s work to ignite the sparks of transformative change all over the world. An experienced facilitator, coach, consultant, social entrepreneur and educator, she has empowered leaders and teams, facilitated multimillion dollar organisational change programs, founded social enterprises, and cultivated a community of changemakers. Hayley bridges the latest explorations in systems change, adult development and neuroscience with the transformative power of the arts and embodiment to unlock profound shifts in individuals and systems. All of her work is propelled by her unwavering belief in our human capacity to ignite change and create abundant futures.

    Fiona Killackey is an award-winning author, business coach, podcast host, speaker and journalist, and the founder of My Daily Business a consultancy that provides group and 1:1 business coaching, e-tools, branding + marketing workshops and creative ideation.

    She has worked with large and small brands in senior content and marketing roles (including Amazon, Cool Hunting, Audible and Country Road Group) for more than two decades & now spends most of her time helping small business owners nail their marketing, branding and systems / processes in a way that doesn't feel gross or make them gag.

  • As a seasoned Creative Director and Design Director hailing from the vibrant Sunshine Coast, QLD, Jaime Kiss brings over two decades of relentless expertise and creativity to the industry. With an grand international portfolio boasting collaborations with esteemed brands such as Google, BBC, and Volkswagen, Jaime’s diverse skill set spans the realms of branding, packaging, typography, illustration, art direction, photography, experiential design, product design, retail design, animation, motion graphics, and UI/UX web and app design.

    Jaime's creative journey has been nothing short of extraordinary, transcending borders and igniting imaginations with bold and ingenious design solutions and visual storytelling. He possesses an innate ability to seamlessly fuse artistry with strategy, crafting immersive experiences that leave an indelible mark on both the audience and the brand itself.

  • The Dreaming Collective

    Carly Forrest, a dedicated advocate for Indigenous businesses, draws upon over a decade of professional experience to empower First Nations entrepreneurs. With a Bachelor of Business Management & HRM, Carly's journey began in community engagement at Buranga Centre, USC, and leadership roles at QUT. She later contributed to education at TAFE QLD East Coast and conducted First Nations research at the School of Education, UQ.

    In May 2023, Carly launched The Dreaming Collective, aiming to bolster Indigenous-owned businesses' growth through strategic operations while promoting cultural respect in non-Indigenous sectors. Notable clients include Ochre Sun, First Nations Bush Foods and Botanical Alliance, and Sunshine Coast Council. Her expertise encompasses leadership, stakeholder relations, brand development, and marketing communication. Carly's commitment extends to mentorship, public speaking, and advocacy, evident through her board and committee engagements. She epitomises collaboration, empowerment, and cultural sensitivity, leaving a lasting impact on Indigenous entrepreneurship and community development.

    Throughout his career, Marvin has championed the importance of enterprise growth and development. With a background in advertising, design and photography, he has built a creative career in various regions and sectors. Marvin is currently a Design Sprint Facilitator at the QUT Centre for Future Enterprise, working with a team of UX researchers and business design specialists to deliver digital solutions for industry clients.

    Anita Siek is a lawyer turned brand strategist and copywriter and CEO of Wordfetti, a human-centred brand strategy and copywriting house specialising in helping brands that don't do normal create a dent in their industry through the power of psychology and words.

    With a big passion for words, language and how the delicate choices of how they can trigger different emotions and feelings in a reader, her and her team at Wordfetti are on a mission to spread the power of one of the most powerful tool we as humans have, being words, in igniting world-changing ideas, provoking thought, and driving impactful action.

    Anita's work has been featured on Forbes, Mumbrella, Smart Company, Thrive and more, and some of her clients include Australia's largest insurance group, IAG, Challenge DV (formerly known as Australia's CEO Challenge), Lack of Color, The Calile Hotel Group and Luna Bronze.
