JOIN us and two very special guests in our first event for 2022 as we talk creative business over pizza and drinks.


Part panel discussion, part networking / pizza eating / brainstorming sesh, the Refinery TALKS: creativity is your invitation to upskill and connect, in good vibes.

You're invited to meet successful creative business owners,


Lila Theodoros (Muse Muse, This is Paradiso) and Karina Sharpe (Image Up Club) as they share insight on how creative thinking and processes continue to harness business opportunities and streamline their businesses.


$25 tickets include wood-fired pizza, made onsite by THAT PIZZA GUY (from 5.45 – 6.30pm).


The Bar will be open for purchases hosted by The Sunshine Coast Creative Alliance with proceeds going towards their projects and initiatives in the region.


Doors open 5.30pm for a 6.30pm start at the MET, Maroochydore City Centre.

GUEST SPEAKERS:


Lila Theodoros is Founder and Creative Director of Muse Muse, an Australia based creative branding and editorial studio working with lifestyle, fashion, design, food and publishing brands globally, since 2012.


Spanning 20 years, Lila’s career has taken her from Journalist of industry publications to Art Director of an Australian pop culture magazine to launching her own branding and editorial studio.


In 2017 Lila co-founded custom publishing house, This is Paradiso.


The first in-house title, Paradiso, is a creative street press magazine releasing 20 issues from its Northern NSW HQ. A bi-monthly publication, Paradiso is an editorial mix of food, fashion, lifestyle, the arts and travel, celebrating creative people and places, locally and internationally.




Karina Sharpe is a Conceptual Artist and creative leader committed to using creativity for good from her Sunshine Coast studio, Image Up Club.


Karina’s career began in Melbourne as a product design engineer turned jewellery designer before devoting herself to imagery.

Her commercial practice of ten years centres on image production for businesses and brands. Two years ago Karina switched from operating under her own name to launch her new company, Image Up Club. Karina and her growing team work from the Moffatt Beach studio.


Image Up Club is a tight-knit team intent on magnifying purposeful venues through imagery. Karina is a true creative optimist, believing that positivity and beauty have the power to unlock a brighter future.
